Natural Cashew Nut Butter That Will WOW You!

This cashew nut butter recipe has vanilla, sea salt, and coconut oil added to it which gives it an intensely amazing flavor—you’ll love it, trust me.

  • Food Processor
  • Rubber Spatula
  • Glass Storage Jar

Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz roasted cashews
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • seeds from 1 vanilla bean pod (optional)

Instructions
 

  • In a food processor blend all ingredients for 5-10 minutes, until completely creamy (no clumps are present). You may need to stop the food processor to scrape down the sides.
  • Transfer to a glass jar and store at room temperature in a dark space (to minimize oxidation of fats) or in your refrigerator.
  • Enjoy as a spread, or incorporated as in ingredient into any of your favorite things!
